The firm provides expansion capital to industry-leading companies and works with management teams to grow their businesses. Anotai Adulbhan
Managing Partner

Anotai is an expert in turnaround advisory, growth strategy development, commercial due diligence and post-merger integration. Prior to co-founding Lakeshore Capital, he was a partner at L.E.K. Consulting and a country manager at Stern Stewart & Co. and Hay Group. Anotai holds an MBA from Kellogg and a BEng from Chulalongkorn University.

Panaikorn Chartikavanij
Managing Partner

Panaikorn co-founded Lakeshore Capital in 2009. He was previously an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and a management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. Panaikorn worked in Bangkok, Singapore, Jakarta and Manila, where he gained experience across multiple industries. Panaikorn holds an MBA from Kellogg and an MEng from Imperial College.

Supawat Likittanawong
Partner

Supawat co-founded Lakeshore Capital with Panaikorn and Anotai. He was a strategy director at Standard Chartered, based in Singapore, and a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Supawat is a former public accounts auditor and an expert in family business transformation. Supawat holds an MBA from Darden and a BBA from Thammasat University.

Leonard Cohen
Partner

Leonard is an experienced private equity professional having worked in Goldman Sachs’ direct investment team in London and Hong Kong and at Capital Z Asia, a regional PE firm based out of Hong Kong. He also held an M&A; role at TOM Group (affiliated with Hutchison Whampoa) and was the CDO of Kempinski Hotels, based in Geneva. Leonard holds a BA from Princeton University and an MSc from the Technical University Berlin.

Siras Sombatsiri
Partner

Siras is an experienced finance professional having worked as an investment banker at Phatra Securities and as an investment advisor at Security Global Investors in San Francisco. He led the execution of several M&A; transactions and IPOs. Siras holds an MBA from Berkeley-Haas and a BBA from Thammasat University.

Teerawat Tilokskulchai

Teerawat is a former management consultant with significant experience in E-commerce, Fintech, and digital transformation. Prior to Lakeshore, Teerawat was a Country Head at Truemoney (CP Group’s Fintech business) and a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. He also held a leadership role at Thailand E-Payment Association. Teerawat holds an MBA from Kellogg and a BBA from Thammasat University.

Wongsakorn Buranaphong

Wongsakorn joined Lakeshore Capital from L.E.K. Consulting. He has a background in engineering, having interned at Toyota Motors and UTAC and led a product development team at Stanford to develop a new medical device for Materna Medical, Inc. Wongsakorn is a King’s Scholarship recipient and holds an MS and a BS from Stanford University. Wongsakorn is a CFA Level II candidate.

Suvichak Thongborisoot

Suvichak joined Lakeshore in 2016 with a broad experience in many industries. He has work experience from Beringea (London), a UK-US growth funding firm, PTTEP and Bangkok Bank. He is also an award winner of Best Analysis from OC&C; Consulting Business Case Competition. Suvichak holds an MEng from Imperial College London.

Wiwit Kiat-anupong

Wiwit is an experienced investment professional with expertise in private equity, private debt, and special situations. Previously, Wiwit was a portfolio manager at Triple Jump BV, an emerging markets alternative investment manager based in Amsterdam. He was also a management consultant at Bridge Consulting. Wiwit holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from Thammasat University.

Patraporn Lertsakornsiri

Patraporn joined Lakeshore in 2019. She has a background in finance, having interned at Phatra Securities, The Quant Group and MayBank Kim Eng Securities. She also got a first runner-up award from CFA Institute Research Challenge Thailand 2019. Patraporn holds a BBA from Thammasat University.

Anek Kusuwan

Anek joined Lakeshore in 2021. He has a background in consulting and start-up, having interned at Boston Consulting Group, PrimeStreet Consulting, and SCB10X. He also co-founded the BBA Investment Society and was the winner of HSBC Case Competition(Thailand), Strategy Storm(India), and SMU RCoE(Singapore). Anek holds a BBA from Thammasat University and Emory Goizueta Business School.

Nattapong Vongchankit

Nattapong joined Lakeshore in 2022 with experience in equity investment and tech. He has interned at Rom Sai Capital, a boutique equity fund with focus in Thailand and Vietnam. He was also awarded a second runner-up from CFA Institute Research Challenge Thailand 2021. Nattapong holds a BBA from Thammasat University and CFA Level I

Independent Committee Members

Robert Binyon

Mr. Binyon was the Chairman of various private equity funds of Aureos Advisors Limited in Southeast Asia, China and Central and South Asia. Mr. Binyon was a Managing Director at CDC and was responsible for financial market investments and CDC’s regional private equity funds. He then moved to Southeast Asia in 2000 to manage the Asia Pacific Region for CDC. Prior to CDC, Mr. Binyon was a joint Chief Executive and Managing Director of Tokai Bank Europe. He currently holds a number of other non-executive directorships in the region, in Africa and in the UK. Mr. Binyon graduated from Christ Church, Oxford.

Aung Htun

Mr. Htun is the Managing Director of Myanmar Investments, an AIM-listed company. He was the founder and Executive Chairman of Thai Strategic Capital Management, a Thailand-centric buyout firm. He led the acquisition of several landmark deals, including B-Quik and Wuttisak Clinic. Mr. Htun founded Seamico in 1988 and became CEO of the corporate advisory firm focusing on capital raising and M&A; advisory. The company listed on the SET in 1995. At Seamico, Mr. Htun successfully set up Thailand’s first venture capital fund with the support of Suez Asia Development Capital (later called APAC) and Rockefeller & Co. Mr. Htun graduated from Imperial College.

Yoshiki Sasaki

Mr. Sasaki is presently serving as CEO of Japan Strategic Capital and President of Human Life Management, alongside various directorships. Mr. Sasaki spent most of this career at Japan Asia Investment Co., Ltd (JAIC), joining in 1990 before retiring as Senior MD in 2008 after listing the company on the main board of the TSE. During his tenure, Mr. Sasaki became an Executive Director in 1996 and Managing Director of International Operations in 1998, managing over 100 portfolio companies and overseeing major deals, such as Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, Banyan Tree Hotels, Alibaba.com, and Saigon Securities. Mr. Sasaki graduated from Kyoto University.
